He worked as a legal officer in a public sector bank and resigned from the said position to join Bar of Punjab and Haryana High Court as a practicing advocate in January 2001. He has been pursuing his practice in the Supreme Courts of India, High Courts as well as at the District Courts. His field of practice also includes Debts Recovery Tribunal, NCLT, Central Administrative Tribunal, PMLA Tribunal and various special Courts including CBI Courts. In the academic field, he co-authored a commentary on State Financial Corporations Act along with Dr. R.G. Chaturvedi. His contribution to another commentary by Dr. R.G. Chaturvedi on the subject of Securitization was duly acknowledged by the said author as well as by the publisher. He believes in the truth of the statement that academic journey is an eternal process and defies all constraints and limitations known in other spheres of human life.

After taking a voluntary exit from a rewarding career in a public sector bank, including his successful stint as a faculty member to impart training to the bankers in Banking laws and practices, he enrolled himself at the bar of Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh in December 2000. His practice in the Civil, Commercial and Revenue laws on the original, revisional and appellate side is fairly acknowledged for its ethical and knowledge based values. On the academic side, he is a researcher in the field of commercial laws and his academic interests are passionately pursued by him in the course of his legal practice.

She enrolled herself with Bar of Punjab and Haryana High Court in the year 2018. Prior to the enrolment, she had interned with leading law firms and independent law practitioners to gain insight into distinct aspects of the legal practice. Being an associate with a team of lawyers, she has gained experience of practice in Civil and Criminal law. With well developed analytical skills and conceptual clarity, she explores legal propositions with skill of a researcher and practicality of a practicing advocate. Her focus on the concept of justice looks beyond the ‘precedents’ and introduces a fresh and innovative approach in the areas of her legal practice.
